Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
Content Manager at app.loadingtech.io and the board it points to are run by Loading Experiment (Phoenix, Arizona) for Hub 1111 and the brands it manages. Using the board means agreeing to these terms.
Who can use it
The board is for team members the owner has added. There is no public sign-up. Each person is responsible for their own account and must not share their sign-in. The owner can remove a person or change their role at any time.
What you agree to
- Only connect social accounts you are allowed to manage, and only publish content the brand has approved.
- Follow the rules of each platform you connect. Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn each have their own terms, and publishing through the board does not change them.
- Do not use the inbox or auto-reply rules to send spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
- Do not try to get around the approval and release rules, access other brands' data, or load data that isn't yours.
Approvals
Nothing is published until a person with release rights says yes on the board. API tokens, scripts and AI runs cannot approve or release. If a post goes out that shouldn't have, the board's history shows who released it and when.
AI drafts
Captions drafted by Claude and checks made by Jev are suggestions. A person on the team is responsible for what is approved and published, including its accuracy and any legal lines the brand needs.
Availability and changes
The board runs on our own server and may be down for updates or outages. We may change or stop features at any time. A post more than three hours late because the server was off goes back to Approved rather than being posted late.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. Loading Experiment and Hub 1111 are not liable for lost posts, platform actions against a connected account, or any indirect loss from using the board, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy
How data is handled is in the privacy policy. Deletion requests are explained on the data deletion page.
